・ There are not many independent investment asset management companies in Japan. Though there may be the difference between Japanese and foreign capital affiliated, most investment companies are financially backed up by groups with large capital. We also had previously worked at large capital affiliated investment companies.     ・ However investment companies with the back up of large capital have to deal with less flexibility, the influence of the group policies and difficulties in quality control due to the large head count. In other words, one has to take into account internal factors besides the investors and themselves.     ・ Our shareholders and company members consist of partners we trust. We had wanted to establish an investment company solely to meet the demands of the investors and ourselves.
